You can cancel, pause, or switch your Shiken plan at any time from the Billing page. Changes take effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep everything you've paid for until then.
Sign in at app.shiken.ai.
Go to Settings → Billing (direct link: app.shiken.ai/settings/billing).
Click Manage billing. This opens the Stripe customer portal in a new tab, where your subscription is securely managed.
Click Cancel plan and confirm. You'll keep full access to paid features until the end of the current billing period, then drop to the free Starter plan.
If you want a break but plan to come back, pausing is usually a better fit. A paused subscription skips billing for up to 3 months and then resumes automatically.
From the Billing page, click Pause subscription.
Choose how long to pause (1, 2 or 3 months), then confirm.
You can resume earlier at any point by clicking Resume subscription on the same page.
Nothing goes away when you cancel. Your account, meetings, notes, roleplays, products and progress all stay put — you just lose access to paid features and credits beyond the free plan.
Shiken no longer sells through the Apple App Store. If you started a subscription through an older mobile version of Shiken, you'll need to cancel it in your App Store account — see Apple's guide here.
