Your Shiken subscription lives on the Billing page. From here you can see what you're on, how much of your monthly allowance you've used, and make any changes to your plan.
Sign in at app.shiken.ai.
Go to Settings → Billing, or go directly to app.shiken.ai/settings/billing.
Your current plan — Starter, Plus, Pro, or Enterprise, with its monthly or yearly price and next renewal date.
This month's credits — roleplay sessions, roleplay creations, product creations, chat conversations, AI notes and transcriptions. Credits reset at the start of each billing period.
Past purchases — any premium products you've bought from the Shiken store.
On the Billing page, click Upgrade (or the plan name you want).
Pick monthly or yearly, and your currency. Yearly billing is roughly 60% cheaper per month.
Complete checkout. You'll be on the new plan straight away, with a pro-rated charge for the difference.
On the Billing page, click Manage billing. This opens the Stripe customer portal in a new tab.
From the portal you can update your card, change your billing address, switch currency, and download every invoice as a PDF.
Both options live on the Billing page. Pausing suspends billing for 1–3 months and then resumes automatically. Cancelling ends the subscription at the end of your current billing period and drops you to the free Starter plan — your account and all your data stay in place.
For step-by-step instructions, see How Do I Cancel My Shiken Subscription On Web? in this collection.
If you've subscribed to a premium product from a Shiken creator (for example, a monthly study course), that's managed separately in your Library under Subscriptions. See How Do I Cancel a Premium Product Subscription on Web? for that flow.
