Shiken uses a single secure flow for changing your password, whether you're signed in and want a new one, or you're locked out. You'll always confirm the change through your email inbox.
Sign out of Shiken, or open an incognito window at app.shiken.ai/login.
Click Log in, then click Forgot Password? below the password field.
Enter the email address on your Shiken account and click the reset button.
Open the email from Shiken (subject: "Reset your password") and click the link. If it doesn't arrive within a couple of minutes, check Spam.
You'll land on app.shiken.ai/reset-password. Enter your new password twice and click save. You're now signed in with the new password.
Follow the same steps above — start at the login page and click Forgot Password? You do not need to be signed in to request a reset.
The reset link expires after about an hour. If you see an "expired or invalid" message, request a new one.
The email must be the one you signed up with. If you signed up via Google or Microsoft, you don't have a Shiken password — sign in through that provider instead.
